Your earnings and payouts

What you are owed, what has been paid, and the paperwork behind it.

A payout on Artmire is not a bill for you to pay. It is the record of one settlement — what we took in commission, and what we transferred to you — and the payout statement is the paperwork behind money that has already moved.

Go to Orders

Orders carries all of this, across the last three of its five tabs: Delivered, Payout due and Payout received, each with a count beside the name. The tab you leave open is the one you come back to.

It shows the money one sale at a time, from the moment a buyer pays to the moment it reaches you. Where one payout settled several sales at once, each is its own row — and the payout statement behind them carries the single figure that reached your bank.

Delivered, and Payout due

Your orders, stage by stage

Delivered holds parcels that have arrived but are not payable yet — the seven-day window is still running, or your next payment day has not come round. Payout due is what we owe you now: one line per delivered parcel, with the date it was delivered, the Payout — your share, once our commission is off — and the date it fell due. Each tab foots with the Payout Total, and the row count sits underneath it.

A tag beside the item says where the money has got to: Payout in progress while it is with us, Transfer pending once the payout has been raised and the transfer has not gone yet, and Payout overdue if the due date has passed.

There is nothing to do here and nothing to click. It is a statement of what is coming, not a request you have to make — payouts happen without you asking.

Choosing when you get paid

Payouts received

The last tab is the money that has actually reached you: one line per sale, with the Payout, the date the transfer went, a green Payout done tag, and the three document buttons. It foots with the Payout Total of everything already transferred to you.

On a phone each tab keeps the item and the payout and drops the rest; the dates need the wider screen, and the buttons take a line of their own under the row. Nothing is lost: the statement itself carries every one of them.

Read the tag, not the amount. The figure is filled in when a payout is raised, which is before the money moves — so an amount on the line is not evidence that anything has been transferred. A row tagged Transfer pending on Payout due has been raised and not sent; a row only reaches Payout received once the money has actually gone.

The payout statement

The statement is the settlement in full: your shop and bank details at the top, then one row per parcel — item, sale price, shipping, gross amount, the Artmire fee taken off it and your net payout. Underneath, three lines that add up: what buyers paid in total, the fee we retained, and the amount transferred to you.

It is the same document we read on our side, in your own language. View Payout on the row opens it. The three document buttons appear on a row only once the payout has been made, which is why a row still waiting for its money does not carry them — a statement for a payment that has not happened would read as broken rather than pending.

Print on the statement opens your browser's print dialog, where "Save as PDF" gives you a copy to keep.

The two documents

Download them rather than relying on the link. Each opens through a temporary address that stops working after a while, so a bookmark will not survive. Save both when a payout appears.

Keeping them

These are the records of what you earned through Artmire, and they are what your own accountant or tax authority will ask for. Artmire calculates and withholds no tax, so what you owe on these amounts is entirely yours to declare.

Nothing on this page needs anything from you. There is nothing to approve, nothing to sign and no action to take — it is a record, not a task.
